MONTRÉAL, QC. April 12, 2016 – BRP (TSX: DOO) announced today that it will serve as the title sponsor for the August Weekend NASCAR Pinty’s Series race at the Grand Prix de TroisRivières (GP3R). The race, scheduled for Sunday, August 14, 2016 will be named ‘Les 50 Tours Can-Am’.

The Can-Am X-Team kicked off 2016 with a podium sweep in the UTV Turbo class at the Best In The Desert THR Motorsports Parker 250 opener in Arizona. The Can-Am / S3 Racing team of Dustin Jones and Shane Dowden won the class. Logan Gastel and Murray Racing also finished on the Turbo class podium, earning second and third, respectively. Can-Am ATV racer Chris Robinson also posted a class victory in the Expert Ironman (ATV) class.

CAN-AM 500 TO HEADLINE NOVEMBER 2016 NASCAR WEEKEND AT PHOENIX INTERNATIONAL RACEWAY

Valcourt, Québec, Oct. 23, 2015 – Can-Am ATV mud racers won four Championship Mud Racing (CMR) titles and had four runner-up finishes after wrapping up their season Oct. 10, 2015, at River Run ATV Park in Jacksonville, Texas.

Valcourt, Québec, Oct. 20, 2015 – Can-Am Maverick 1000R side-by-side vehicle racer Tim Farr won the XC1 Pro UTV class at round 12 of the 2015 AMSOIL Grand National Cross Country series in St. Clairsville, Ohio. Maverick 1000R pilots also won series championships in the Mid America Cross Country series, Wood Extreme XC Racing, American Wood Racing Championship Series and earned two runner-up spots in the World Off-Road Championship Series.
